Gooseberry Patch Recipe #7 Easy Garlic Chicken

Yes, I am still among the living, but please don't ask me what day it is.  I promise to get back to my blog more faithfully starting this weekend, but for now here is a YUMMY chicken meal that was a HUGE hit at my house!

I have been seeing something like this recipe popping up on the TV, and it jogged my memory that I had marked a Gooseberry Patch recipe to make just about like it.

Here is the mayo, cheese, and seasonings in a shallow bowl.

You ARE going to get your hands messy when you put the breast in the mayo mix and coat it on all sides!

Roll it around in the bread crumbs and put in a baking dish that you have sprayed with cooking spray.

Pop in a 425 degree oven and bake until done.  My chicken took longer than the 20-25 minutes recommended, but it was worth the wait!

No cute little kitchen helpers this time.  They are all off to school, soccer practice and volleyball practice.  Those are Tall Guy's hands cutting into the finished product.  YEP, I am officially a crazy soccer mom trying to get everyone everywhere at the right time and day.  More about that later.  For now, enjoy a great recipe!

  1. This looks really good.
I just got my GP cookbooks last week, and made a chicken recipe I'm going to try to get posted. The Husband told me "it was actually good".
    High praise, huh?
